Acene No More

Through my teen years aka High School thru Current I have been dealing with Acne, nothing new you may say. However, I have had enough of taking medications everyday that only help sometimes, putting creams on my face at night that just dry my face out and don't help. So though much pain on my part of convincing my parents to let me go on "Accutane" this year.

Accutane is a very powerful acne drug that dry's out the skin and oils in the skin that creates acne. So for the next 5 months I am going to be taking this super powerful drug, in hopes that I will never have acne the rest of my life. My mother is scared of all the risks that may happen to me, I however being the eternal optimist say that I will be fine. I have been taking this drug for about a week now and I am fine, so lets hope it stays that way.

Can't Catch Me I am The Ginger Bread Man

My new year new me, is starting out amazing. According to goal #8, experiencing new things, I decided to run a Half-Marathon with my friend Kira. I meet Kira at UWGB and we became BFF. So when she asked me to run this with her I had to say yes.

                                                                             Kira & I

I will be running the "Cellcom Green Bay Marathon" May 13 -15, so I have 119 days to build my body up to the standards of running across the town of Green Bay, WI that is about 13.5 miles. I am at 6 miles steady, meaning I can run at a 7.0 speed for 6 miles without a blinking. Any further than that and I kinda get bored, that is my major problem is my ADD. If it was not for people watching I don't know what I would do with myself.

I am very excited to be running this marathon. Working out is a passion of mine, however food is a bigger passion.   So I can now say that I have checked one thing of my list at this point. Cant wait to run across the finish line, I know my sister will be there with a huge sign because that is my sister aka my biggest fan.

New Year New Me

Ok, So anyone who has ever meet me knows I do whatever I want when I want. I act first than deal with whatever happens. In most cases it is nothing because I have the ability to talk my way out of most anything. So, besides the point. This year I want to set myself up for success. I want to map out what I want to achieve for the up coming year.

1. Lose Weight
2. Build a Lasting Career
3. Further my Education
4. Save 40% of my Earning
5. Move out on my own
6. Travel to a new destination
7. Greater grasp on the worlds markets (Stocks, Politics, World Trade)
8. Experience new activities
9. Future Goals to be set......

I wanted to start out with things I know I can achieve. I know we are supposed to set our sights high, however when we set our sights so high it is always a let down if we know these things are unattainable. For instance me saying I want to buy a Bentley within the next year, yes I can say I want to do this however in reality it will never happen. I am a realest most of the time.

So wish me luck on my new adventures!
